Swiss Distributor Gets AB Vista Set for New Sales Peak
SWITZERLAND - As part of an ongoing drive to expand its customer base and increase sales across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), AB Vista has appointed a new distributor for its products in Switzerland. From now on, Provet AG will be responsible for distributing all AB Vista feed enzyme products that are registered for sale in the EU.

By: A major force in the Swiss animal health and nutrition market, Provet has its own portfolio of technical feed products, making it an ideal fit with AB Vista. The company is part of Henry Schein Inc, which has animal health operations in 10 European countries, generating a sales volume of around US $1 billion a year.
The Swiss market represents an important opportunity for AB Vista. With nearly 60,000 farms across Switzerland, according to 2010 figures, the Swiss compound feed industry produced around 1.5 million tonnes of feed in 2011 alone.
AB Vista Business Manager Rolf Speelman will be overseeing the company’s business activities in Switzerland. On 18 September he will lead an introductory seminar about AB Vista at Provet’s headquarters in Lyssach.
Rolf said: “AB Vista is delighted to announce the appointment of Provet as its new distributor in Switzerland. We have already been impressed with the speed at which the company got our products registered, and look forward to working with Provet to reach more European customers – and make our mark on the important Swiss market.”
