Call for Nominations for Poultry CRC Board of Directors
AUSTRALIA - Poultry CRC is calling for nominations for four Directors on its Board and the Chair of the Board.

By: The person appointed as Chair must be independent of the Participants in the CRC.
Including the new Directors, the Board as a whole must include a majority of end-users, who will deploy the CRC’s research outcomes for the economic, environmental and social benefit of Australia.
Directors must have a sound knowledge of corporate governance and finance, poultry industry knowledge, poultry research expertise, or commercial expertise.
The skill set required for the new Directors is poultry industry knowledge (particularly chicken egg sector) and poultry research and development.

Nominations will close at 5pm, Thursday 15 November, 2012.
