JBS Leases Poultry Plant of Tramonto’s Alimentos
BRAZIL - JBS SA has signed an agreement to lease for five years with an option to extend for further five years Tramonto's Alimentos SA facilities located in the city of Morro Grande in the state of Santa Catarina.

By: The facilities are comprised of a factory for processing up to 120,000 birds per day, fully operational and approved to export to the major markets, and also a feed factory, compatible with the processing capacity of the unit.
The Company plans to incorporate the activities of this plant into its chicken unit located in the region under the banner of 'JBS AVES'. The main goal is to serve export markets, offering its international customers quality products and competitive prices, thus bringing value for its shareholders.
