BRF Reviews Management Structure; New CEO Appointed
BRAZIL - Following a review of the company’s management structure which was started in August, BRF has appointed Sergio Fonseca as the company's new CEO.

By: Mr Fonseca will report directly to the Global CEO , Claudio Galeazzi .
The new structure of the BRF has seen the creation of the positions of CEO Brazil and CEO International, who has still to be appointed.
With the reorganisation of the management structure and the creation of the CEO Brazil, the post of Commercial and Retail vice president will be abolished and Luiz Lissoni will leave the company.
The national director of retail sales, Alcione Santin , and national director of retail sales, Sidney Manzaro, will report to Mr Fonseca .
