In addition to showing an extensive range of products for poultry growing and breeder management, the exhibited Big Dutchman products cover all types of egg production systems. Between the Natura Step aviary for alternative egg production, enriched and enrichable colony systems and the ventilated Univent manure belt battery, any poultry manager’s needs will be satisfied. New: For the first time, the stand is located in hall 107, booth D060.

AC-Touch for safe poultry production: a touch-screen allows for easy use; a special key to respond to the alarms is no longer necessary.

One innovation for poultry production on display is AC-Touch, a new generation of alarm devices for poultry houses implementing the highest security standards. The device is equipped with a fingerprint sensor that recognises each user’s identity and respective user rights with absolute certainty. This ensures that only authorised users are able to respond to alarms in the poultry house. Another advantage regarding security: All AC-Touch-related events are saved in an integrated black box (similar to those used in airplanes) whose data cannot be deleted.

The rugged but footpad-friendly broiler slats, which can be used instead of litter, are another innovation. A manure scraper below removes the birds’ droppings. Also new is FlexVey PUR, an innovative feed conveying system that is extremely resistant to wear and tear. The pliable hose is easily installed – even around corners.

With the PelletTower, Big Dutchman presents a space-saving system to pelletise dry poultry manure. The portfolio of innovations is rounded off by the flexible LED tube lamp FlexLED.

This time around, Big Dutchman has a new location and will present its impressive product range in the new hall 107, booth D060!
