VIET NAM - There has been another outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza in Ca Mau province of Viet Nam.

By: The outbreak was of the H5N6 serotype.
There were 94 deaths from the disease on a backyard holding with 600 birds. The remaining 506 birds were destroyed to prevent the disease spreading.
