Vaxxinova acquires Laboratório Biovet
Vargem Grande Paulista, São Paulo - Vaxxinova based in The Netherlands and a subsidiary of the EW Group, has acquired Laboratório Biovet, a Brazilian company with 60 years of commitment to the animal health industry

Biovet was founded in 1957 by veterinarian René Corrêa, and has remained a family-owned company since then. The company is strongly positioned in the Brazilian animal health industry and exports to more than 10 countries. Biovet has several leading brands including Bio-Coccivet RTM (vaccine against Avian Coccidiosis), Resguard MultiTM (vaccine against Clostridiosis) and VermivetTM (a dewormer for companion animals).
In respect to the transaction, Hugo Scanavini Neto, CEO of Laboratório Biovet said:
