The Royal Society of Public Health is running a webinar into the cause and prevention of salmonella on 14 January 2019, highlighting the food safety benefits of using British Lion eggs.

Dr Lisa Ackerley, Food Safety Adviser, UK Hospitality and Public Health Company Ltd, will be joined by Lesley Larkin, Salmonella Surveillance Lead, Gastrointestinal Infections, Public Health England, to discuss what causes salmonella infection and why, when it comes to eggs, caterers should use British Lion eggs to guarantee the highest standards of food safety.
