Scheduled for the upcoming 2019 Poultry Processor Workshop, updated research on exposures to peracetic acid-based antimicrobials among poultry processing workers will be reviewed by the scientist who has conducted the studies. Jenny Houlroyd will provide a first-hand account of the updated research, funded by USPOULTRY, that found considerable variation and lack of precision between tested methods related to exposure of peracetic acid. Be sure to attend and hear it first at this year’s 2019 Poultry Processor Workshop!

Attendees will have the opportunity to discuss the updated research findings first-hand with the scientist. The workshop will be held 22-23 May at the DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. Industry professionals in all capacities related to processing plant operations, food safety, quality assurance, maintenance and management can benefit from attending the Workshop.
