Both reports come out of Hierden. The first involves 100,000 meat ducks and was reported on 9 June. The second involves 6,000 meat ducks and 8,300 laying hens, also reported on 9 June.

Earlier that week, another report came in from Hierden. It is still under investigation. The possible outbreak involves 7,000 meat ducks. It was reported on 7 June.
