Tyson Foods Inc is eliminating positions and difficult jobs as the US meat producer ramps up its automation projects, Reuters reported, citing Chief Executive Donnie King on Monday.

Tyson was also reassigning people to open positions throughout the company, King said on a post-earnings call.
