Key topics related to broiler and breeder management were discussed during the seminar including metabolic related disorders, critical ages in Parent Stock (PS) rearing, grading, biosecurity, PS & broiler performance trends and nutrition.

“The seminar was very well organized and the presentations were extremely valuable. We hope to work together to gather the performance credentials of our Arbor Acres PS and broiler flocks in the field, in order to benchmark our performance against other companies to ensure that we are continuously improving the performance of our flocks,” commented Merwane Sari, Technical and Commercial Manager, Arbor Acres Algeria.

Nabila Bourogaa, PS Manager, SME added, “The Arbor Acres North Africa seminar focused on vital insights concerning different parts of the poultry value chain. The speakers gave very informative presentations, which are very helpful to us when we are working out in the field. Thanks to this seminar, I found the answers to a lot of the questions that I usually face when it comes to PS flock management.”

Moez Eleuch, International Technical Services Manager, expressed his thanks to all who contributed to the seminar, “The seminar was a great opportunity to gather the professionals in the North African poultry industry, and for them to benefit from the side discussions during the two-day seminar. We are seeing great performance results in the field, and we are thankful to our customers for their assistance in promoting the genetic potential of the Arbor Acres breed within North Africa. In addition, I would like to give a special thanks to our colleagues in Aviagen LLC and Aviagen France who contributed as speakers in this seminar.
