Royal Pas Reform appoints Rob Mele as new Global Engineering Manager

Rob will lead project and product engineers to deliver hatchery solutions.

As part of its continuing programme of international expansion, Royal Pas Reform has appointed Rob Mele (30) as Global Engineering Manager. In this new role, Rob is heading up a team of specialist project and product engineers across the globe, to deliver a complete portfolio of market-oriented hatchery solutions.

Rob brings significant experience to his role. His engineering career began while pursuing his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and mechanics at Drexel University in Philadelphia. In 2012, he became a tool and die designer for Pennysylvania-based Armstrong Ceiling Solutions (ACS). He stayed with the company while at university, eventually moving into a machine and automation design role by 2014. After graduating in 2015 Rob was appointed as a new product development engineer at ACS. Rob joined Pas Reform North America as a mechanical engineer in 2018 and was promoted to become the company’s engineering manager in August 2020.
