Bird flu case confirmed in West Yorkshire poultry

All birds on affected farm to be humanely culled

Britain has detected a case of the H5N1 bird flu in poultry in West Yorkshire, northern England, Reuters reported, citing the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs on Wednesday.

"All poultry on the premises will be humanely culled," a notice on the department's website said.
