Royal Pas Reform has appointed Diana Schukkink-Roijmans as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2025, according to a recent company-issued press release. Roijmans has served as CFO of Royal Pas Reform since September 2023. She brings extensive experience in financial and strategic management, with a career spanning the international manufacturing and agribusiness sectors.

Roijmans graduated from Twente University in Industrial Engineering and Management in 2006 and completed the Executive Master of Finance and Control (RC) program in 2011. Before joining Royal Pas Reform, she held several senior leadership positions – including CFO of Rollepaal, where she played a leading role in a successful restructuring and improving profitability. She also served in senior roles at Agrifirm and Koninklijke Grolsch, where she achieved significant results in margin improvement, process optimization, and organizational development.

With Roijmans’ appointment as CEO, Royal Pas Reform is set to continue its path of growth and innovation in the international hatchery solutions market.

"I look forward to working with the Royal Pas Reform team to build on our strong foundation and further expand our position as a leading partner for hatcheries worldwide," Roijmans said.

"We are delighted with the appointment of Diana Roijmans as CEO of Royal Pas Reform," said Everien Slijkhuis, Co-CEO & CFO of parent company Hydratec Industries. "Diana combines deep financial expertise with proven leadership skills and has demonstrated in previous roles her ability to strengthen and grow complex organisations successfully. We are confident that she will lead Royal Pas Reform, together with the team, into the next phase of international expansion and innovation."
