GERMANY - Troostwijk Auktionen GmbH & Co KG, are selling a complete "Staalkat" Selecta egg grading line belonging to the company Juchem Eiprodukte GmbH & Co. KG.

Juchem Eiprodukte is a family-run business, specialised in the manufacturing of egg products.

The complete egg grading system, "Staalkat" Selecta 1800 R, y/c 1997, 130,000 eggs/h, consists of:

• EGG TRANSFER SYSTEM, 3 vacuum siphons, conveyor belt, recirculating unit for the egg boxes
• IT-based GRADING SYSTEM (separate PC for programming), possible grading criteria: egg size, egg weight, battery/barn/free-range, consisting of vacuum siphon and detection machine
• IT-based DISTRIBUTION UNIT, with manual feeding of packaging buffer, incl., 15 conveyor belts, 2 "Domino" egg coders, type A 400, 9 "Tehabo" packaging labelling machines
• electrically-powered ROLLER CONVEYOR "Polyketting", Tarb, 0.25 kW, dim. approx. 16x0.4 m
• electrically-powered ASCENDING CONVEYOR, dim. approx. 2.5x0.5 m
• ROLLER CONVEYOR, dim. approx. 5x0.4 m
• CARDBOARD SEALING MACHINE "Normpack", type NCXF50001, y/c 1996, roll width approx. 500 mm
