French poultry giant restructures in the face of threats from Brazil and Thailand.
FRANCE - The French major poultry grower and processor Doux is to close three plants with the loss of 600 jobs. The company is to shut down operations at the frozen poultry factory in Plouray, Le Morbihan as well as the distribution centre in Vannes.
