Former U.S. Agriculture Secretary to push trade in Africa

Mississippi farmers could benefit from doing business with Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, under a plan being formulated by former U.S. Agriculture Secretary Mike Espy. Espy has signed a $1.3 million, two-year contract to promote international trade as an investment advisor for the African region.
