Mexico classifies chicken saddles as leg quarters
MEXICO - Mexico customs has determined that "chicken saddles" are to be classified as part of the "chicken leg quarters" category for purposes of the poultry safeguard imposed on July 25, according to a report from the National Chicken Council.
