Chicken's impact on arsenic intake is questioned

US - Arsenic concentrations in chicken are higher than previously recognized and may demand adjustments when estimating human exposure to the toxin through diet, according to researchers with the National Institutes of Health and the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety Inspection Service.
