Fallen stock scheme faces delays
UK - The Fallen stock collection scheme is facing further delays, delegates at the National Farmers Union Scotland annual conference have been told. Ian Duncan Millar of the National Fallen Stock Company - the company set up to run the collection scheme - said there was no indication of when a scheme would become operational.
