Perdue Farms to close Florida facility
FLORIDA - US poultry processor Perdue Farms has said it is to cease operations at its DeFuniak Springs, Florida processing plant, effective 21 April 2004. Perdue Farms will continue to operate its DeFuniak Springs feedmill, hatchery, growout and breeder facilities to support its Dothan, Alabama, and Perry, Georgia plants.
