Turkey tops Christmas dish

UK - Turkey has comfortably retained its pole position for Christmas Day dinner, claims the British Turkey Sector Group (BTSG). A survey commissioned by BTSG in the weeks before Christmas indicated that 71% of people expected to eat turkey on Christmas Day. British Turkey reports that overall, the market was particularly healthy, with higher sales and better prices.
