Georgia considered for poultry plant with 1,400 jobs
GEORGIA - Georgia is one of three states being considered for a poultry processing plant that would employ more than 1,400 people. Sanderson Farms chairman and chief executive Joe Sanderson said Tuesday that the company will make a decision in 30 to 60 days on where to locate an integrated poultry complex.
