Processor Perks Probed
US - Springdale, Arkansas, meat processing giant Tyson Foods reported that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission was investigating benefits it gave to some of its top executives. The focus is whether the meat processor properly disclosed "perquisites" – perks -- granted to several people, including chairman and CEO John Tyson and his father Don Tyson, a board member and former senior chairman.
