UK - the Most Trusting Food Consumers

UK - Efforts to tackle a series of food scares have given a huge boost to British consumers’ confidence in food safety, a new survey suggested today. The need to respond effectively to fears about outbreaks such as mad cow disease and salmonella was largely responsible for the fact that consumer trust in food quality generally was highest in Britain.
