MINNESOTA - A Minnesota power plant will use turkey litter to generate electricity. Fibrominn is a subsidiary of Fibrowatt of Philadelphia. The company operates three poultry litter power plants in Europe and is considering building others in Mississippi or Maryland. Fibrominn says it has secured 202 (m) million dollars in bonds for the project, which is expected to be operating by early 2007.
