Poultry industry has new products

US - With a variety of poultry food products being introduced, it's becoming difficult to pinpoint specific trends. Many trends are overlapping and merging, with one item offering two or three separate features that once were known as independent trends. In the quick-service restaurant, or fast-food, category, Arby's is marketing all-natural chicken items on its menu. The company says they include sandwiches, wraps, tenders and salads, and don't have added water, salt or phosphates. Source:
