UKRAINE - The Agrarian Policy Ministry has supported propositions from Ukrainian producers on introducing import quotas for poultry in Ukraine. Agriculture Minister Oleksandr Baranivsky made statements to that effect on Thursday, commenting results of the meeting on development of the poultry farming industry in Ukraine. At the same time he said it was necessary to find a weighted approach to such quotas, since Ukraine partially ensured domestic demands for poultry. Source: Hoovers News
