CAP list in 'public interest' - RPA
UK - The Rural Payments Agency says it is publishing details of farmers' support payments because DEFRA ministers have decided that the balance of public interest points to disclosure of this information.The RPA intends to disclose the information on Tues (Mar 22) to those who have requested it under the Freedom of Information Act.
As previously reported by FWi, it will list the names of subsidy recipients and the annual amount paid to them in the last two years.
