SOUTH AMERICA - With Cobb continuing to expand sales throughout South America, Gustavo Wassermann has been appointed as broiler specialist to join the Cobb World Technical Support Team and will be based in Brazil.

Cobb strengthen technical team in South America - SOUTH AMERICA - With Cobb continuing to expand sales throughout South America, Gustavo Wassermann has been appointed as broiler specialist to join the Cobb World Technical Support Team and will be based in Brazil.

Mr Wassermann has worked in the technical department of Nutron Alimentos that belongs to the Provimi Group, a world leader in animal nutrition, for more than four years. He graduated in agronomy at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Brazil, and went on to obtain a Master in Animal Science degree.

He will be working from São José do Rio Preto in Brazil, and is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.

"Gustavo will be an excellent addition to our already strong support team and will enable us to better service our customers in South America."

Cobb's World Technical Support Team provides expertise in nutrition, veterinary science, environment control, breeder and broiler production, hatchery operations and data analysis. Its role, supporting the company's regional technical services personnel, helps customers in more than 60 countries to take full advantage of the genetic prowess of the Cobb 500, 700 and Cobb Avian breeds.
