All Vietnamese Cattle And Poultry Must Be Vaccinated

VIETNAM - Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Bui Ba Bong has signed a decision on compulsory vaccination of cattle and poultry.

Under the decision, all of Vietnam’s cattle and poultry must be vaccinated against seven diseases: foot and mouth disease, pig cholera, anthrax, congestion (buffalo, cow, pig), rabies, and Newcastle and duck cholera.

Rabies vaccinations must be administered once a year and the remaining six twice a year.
