Hybro invests in the technical specialists of the future - THE NETHERLANDS - Hybro BV has appointed Ms. Jacqueline Thijssen, as assistant to its technical and veterinarian service teams, with effect from January 9, 2006. Hybro

Jacqueline (24) graduated in tropical animal production at the International Agricultural University Larenstein, in Deventer, The Netherlands.

Jacqueline will report to Ron Meijerhof, Hybro’s senior technical specialist, who says of the appointment: “Jacqueline has been welcomed by a team that is growing worldwide. Hers is a new role – and one in which we will provide her with the training and the working opportunities to become a very capable second line technical advisor by the end of the year.”

Ms. Thijssen is looking forward to a varied and busy schedule. Working across both technical and veterinarian disciplines, she will assist in developing and updating technical tools and technical information and training programmes, as well as setting up and coordinating research projects undertaken by the technical and veterinarian teams, and at Hybro’s basic breeding farm at Herveld.”

“If all goes to plan” concludes Ron Meijerhof, “Jacqueline will be travelling worldwide later this year. We believe she’s up to the challenge – and will support her all the way.”
