RUSSIA - Russia will lift temporary limits on the imports of live chickens, incubator eggs, poultry, all types of poultry products, chicken fodder and used poultry equipment from Pennsylvania starting from October 14, the Agriculture Ministry press service said with the reference to the Federal Veterinarian and Phytosanitary Inspection Service.

The limits were announced on September 8, 2006, because of an outbreak of avian influenza H5N1 in Pennsylvania, Prime Tass said.

The limits on similar imports from Maryland were lifted on October 12.
