AUSTRALIA - Feed grain users say they are facing a two million tonne shortfall in eastern Australia this year.

They have held a summit in Canberra, calling on state governments to stop mandating ethanol use, because it is putting too much pressure on grain stocks.

Jim Cudmore from the Australian Lot Feeders Association, says grain users also want the Federal Government to provide monthly grain stock figures.
