The inspectors will next inspect a poultry plant in Mazowieckieprovince.

The inspection, which began Wednesday and will last until Nov. 27, will cover 19 of Poland's milk and poultry processing and fodder-producing plants and cold stores, the Polish PAP news agency reported.

Russia imposed an embargo on Polish meat in November 2005, citing fraudulent veterinary certificates issued by Poland to justify the ban.

Last November, Poland vetoed the launch of talks between the EUand Russia on a broad economic cooperation agreement because of the Russian embargo.
