Leading poultry producer, Deveci Broyler OJSC, in Azerbaijan has announced about 14th extraordinary and 15th regular meetings of the shareholders, according to Azerbaijan Business Center.

The Company informs that the extraordinary meeting will open at 10:00hr on 1 February in the Khirdalan city office (1, Heydar Aliyev Avenue). Its agenda includes issues of establishment of joint ventures and participation in the share capital of other legal entities.

The regular meeting will open in the same place at 10:00hr on 10 March, when the agenda includes adoption of the report on Company's financial and economic activities for 2010 and the annual balance; the decision of the assessment and payment of dividends for 2010.

OJSC Azerbaijan Investment Company owns 25 per cent of Deveci Broyler's shares.
