Novus Changes Structure to Focus on Growth
US - Novus International, Inc. has announced a number of changes in the company's organisational structure, and the promotions of a select group of its executive team.

Under the new structure, five units will report directly to Novus International President and CEO, Thad Simons.
"This new structure is geared towards the achievement of the goals set out in our long-term strategy," Mr Simons explained. "Through this new structure, Novus will have the resources to continue our success in the near-term, while focusing on the technologies and relationships that will provide for our growth over the next 20 years."
Mr Simons said the individual units and their respective leaders are as follows:
- Administrative and Strategy: Chief Administrative and Strategy Officer, Dr Giovanni Gasperoni
- Specialty Business: President, Specialty Business, Francois Fraudeau
- Methionine Business: President, Methionine Business, Jeff Klopfenstein
- Global Animal Nutrition Solutions: President, Global Animal Nutrition Solutions, Dan Meagher, and
- Novus Nutrition Brands (NNB): Executive Director, NNB Business, David Neuwirth
