The Brazilian Poultry Union (Ubabef) has announced that it will award a trip to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates to the winner of the Ubabef Applicable Poultry Research Prize. The winner will participate in the next edition of Gulfood, the leading food industry fair in the region, held annually in the emirate.

The prize is part of the schedule of the 22nd Brazilian Poultry Congress, which will take place from 25 to 27 October in São Paulo. The contest, according to the Ubabef, aims to highlight scientific works with practical viability in areas such as sanitation, production, nutrition, processing, among others.

Researchers enrolled for the congress are eligible. The closing date for applications is 30 July. For more information, click here.
