Recall Extended on Ready-to-Eat Chicken Products

US - Pilgrim's Pride Corporation of Mount Pleasant, Texas, is expanding its recall of ready-to-eat chicken products by an additional 7,072 pounds, the US Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has announced. The products may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The initial recall was issued on 20 July 2011.
