Aviagen & CISF Celebrate 25 Years Working Together

INDONESIA - A recent seminar in Jakarta, Indonesia, celebrated 25 years of partnership between Aviagen and their Ross distributor PT Cibadak Indah Sari Farm (CISF).

CISF are one of Aviagen's long-term partners and the event was an opportunity to reflect on the success of the Ross brand in the market and to look towards the future to work on strategies to ensure continued growth.

Attended by 150 guests, consisting of CISF personnel and customers and the Aviagen team, the seminar covered a wide range of topics: Suping Sutanto, President of CISF, welcomed the guests and Theo Tomahuw, Production General Manager of CISF and Bill Souther, Aviagen's Senior Vice President, took the guests through a history of the 25-year success of the CISF partnership with the Ross brand.

Tommy Krogh, one of the Technical Managers for the region, gave delegates practical information and tools for general close-house management and Nick Dorko, Aviagen's Global Head of Veterinary Services, presented a global overview of disease challenges in the region.

The afternoon's presentations addressed the future: guest speaker, Robert Djanuar, gave a motivational speech on 'Succeeding in a world of change' and Budi Tangendjaja, Technical Consultant to the US Grain Council, presented an outlook on 'Indonesian broiler production in relation to global ingredient supply and demand'.

Suping Sutanto commented: "We are delighted with the results of this seminar and are confident that the messages we shared today will help us all in continuing with the success of the Ross brand. Both CISF and Aviagen have grown over the past 25 years and we hope that our partnership will go from strength to strength in the next few years."

Orapan Chansawat, VP Asia for Ross, added: "It is an honour for Aviagen to be a part of the Indonesian industry and to be a supplier to one of the oldest, most successful and reliable poultry companies in the country and we look forward to many more years of successful collaboration."
