According to The Warsaw Voice, experts claim that Ukrainian poultry prices are low and could become a serious competition for Polish produce in the EU states.

Poland exported EUR 714 million worth of poultry in 2010, up 20 per cent year-on-year, most of which was sold to the EU, according to the data of foreign agricultural markets monitoring agency FAMMU/FAPA.
