Biomin Forum in Russia
RUSSIA - On 7 June, the team of Biomin Russia organised a poultry forum in the capital of the South Federal District – Rostov-on-Don, the Gates to the Caucasus.

By: Biomin gathered more than 70 people from around 50 different companies – mainly poultry farms and feed mills from Southern Russia.
Among them were big companies like EuroDon – biggest turkey producer in Russia, Optifood (seven million broilers per cycle), Agrokomplex (10 million broilers per cycle) but also veterinary authorities and local producers.
The forum was opened by COO of Biomin llc (Russia) Dmitriy SUPRUNOV with presentation about Biomin and its key product, Mycofix®.
Among the renowned speakers was animal nutrition expert, Professor Ivan A. Egorov from the Russian State Poultry Institute (VNITIP).
Issues discussed during the forum included problems of feeding, animal health and technology in poultry production. The official programme ended with a round table discussion. Afterwards the participants were invited to a boat cruise on the Don River – one of the major rivers of Russia – where they enjoyed a Gala dinner.
