Hi-Tech has been a parent stock customer for a considerable period and developed an understanding and an appreciation of the Ross 308 with several successful flocks in their operation.

The Hi-Tech Group is a well established organization, starting in the field of poultry and feed manufacturing in 1985 and has grown to currently produce about 100 million day old chicks per year, holding 10-12 per cent share in the Pakistan market. The company will do business under the banner of Hi Tech GP Poultry (Pvt) Ltd following its agreement to become a Ross grandparent customer.

The initial GP delivery occurred at the same time as the formal signing of the agreement and is a reflection of the sound working relationship that has been developed with this customer. The company plans to increase the second order as it ramps up production to serve a market where consumption is predicted to continue growing around 6-8 per cent in the next five years.
