Dubai Promotes Agribusiness Fair

UAE - From 26 to 28 March, fair Agra Middle East should take place in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirate. The fair will bring together agribusiness companies from 30 countries, with products turned to agricultural technology, bird farming, fishing, vegetable farming, machinery and supplements.

According to Brazil-Arab News Agency, among the exhibitors from the Middle East and North Africa will be companies from the Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Egypt, Lebanon and Turkey. There should also be companies from European countries, like Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Poland, Denmark, Ireland, France, Belgium and the United Kingdom, as well as several companies from the United States.

The fair should also include three great conferences. The Agribusiness Outlook Forum should bring together local and international specialists to talk about food safety in the region and present a platform for development of an integrated food policy for the Gulf.

The Poultry Outlook Forum should cover the most recent advances in technology, research and poultry science, while the Middle East Horticultural Summit will focus on the challenges of vegetable cultivation in the Middle East.

Apart from the conferences, the fair should also host a series of seminars with specialists in the agribusiness sector to discuss themes about the industry’s challenges, especially in the Arab countries.
