The international awards programme, now in its 55th year, acknowledges companies from around the globe who have demonstrated best practise and a strong commitment to workplace health and safety practises during 2012.

Moy Park’s Grantham site was awarded the prestigious accolade for their outstanding employee health, safety and wellbeing record in 2012 and for out-performing the national average when measured against other companies.

Mike Mullan, Moy Park’s Human Resources and Business Improvement Director, commented: "We are delighted to have received such an important award from the British Safety Council, which sees Moy Park listed amongst leading businesses from across the UK and the rest of the world.
