VIV Russia: A Resounding Success for Aviagen
RUSSIA - Aviagen enjoyed its participation at the sixth bi-annual VIV Russia exhibition.

Held at the International Crocus Exhibition Centre in Moscow from 21 to 23 May, Aviagen welcomed visitors to the stand which featured the full customer support teams from both Arbor Acres and Ross, the two Aviagen brands sold in Russia. Aviagen President of Europe, Patrick Claeys, also attended the event.
Mr Claeys said: "It was great to be at VIV Russia for the first time since taking on the position of President of Europe and meet our customers in this strategically important market.
"We have invested heavily in Russia and our business unit Aviagen LLC is going from strength to strength with great products that perform well in the wide variety of environmental conditions present in a country as vast as Russia, supported by an experienced and dedicated customer support team. Our customers have come to recognise that Aviagen is a company here for the long haul, supporting them with great advice and fantastic products that deliver on their potential."
The event was a showcase of new products and services, state-of-the art technologies and the latest trends in the animal protein industry. The event focused on the concept of high-quality meat from the finest poultry feeds through all the stages of the poultry industry from the source to the final buyer.
Valery Starodubtsev, General Manager, Aviagen LLC, added: "We were delighted to meet customers old and new at our stand and to have a lot of interesting conversations with potential new clients from Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan as the reputation for Aviagen quality continues to spread in the region.
