CHINA - Chicken meat prices faltered in August as other meats experienced record highs.

By: Sheepmeat hit an all-time high last month and beef rose to previous February highs after rebounding, according to the Ministry of Agriculture of the People’s Republic of China.
Chicken fell one per cent on July figures to RMB13.96/kg (A$2.55).
