UK - NFU's Back British campaign, which calls for the continued support of British farming and reversals of declining self-sufficiency, has drawn more positive response in Staffordshire with a visit to JCB.

On Friday (4 October), the NFU’s Back British van was in the county as part of the drive to influence retailers and call on government to help the industry meet future challenges.

The van joined farmers, growers and Staffordshire County Council representatives at JCB’s world headquarters, at Rocester, for a photo shoot at the iconic site and was framed by two JCB telehandlers, which are a common site on farms across the country.

Regional, seasonal produce was also on display to show some of the best the county and region has to offer in terms of great tasting high quality food, drink and ingredients.
