Moy Park Appoints Barney Kay General Manager Broilers GB

UK - European poultry producer, Moy Park, has appointed Barney Kay as General Manager Broilers GB with responsibility for Moy Park’s broiler operation in GB - currently producing over 2.5 million chickens a week for Moy Park’s processing factories in Anwick, Lincolnshire and Ashbourne, Derbyshire.

Mr Kay joins Moy Park from the NFU and will be based at Moy Park Anwick – the hub of the company’s GB agriculture operations.

With over 15 years of industry experience, Mr Kay will bring extensive agricultural knowledge and expertise to his new position and will play a key strategic role in maximising broiler performance and service levels across the business.

David Gibson, Director of Agriculture at Moy Park, said: “We’re very pleased to announce the appointment of Barney Kay as General Manager Broilers GB.
